An experiential, 6 week course where participants will experience and practice a different style of meditation each week, and learn the tools needed to develop their own personal practice at home. It is a beautiful way to connect with others, and learn mindfulness techniques to aid in stress relief, reduce anxiety, and access inner stillness and a sense of calm.
This course is perfect for people with no, to intermediate meditation experience.
