An immersive, 6 week course where participants will experience and practice a different style of meditation each week. Meditation styles will be focussed on opening up inner creativity, seeking answers through insight, and for clarity around emotional issues, and healing. This six week course is open to anyone who has had prior meditation experience, and would like to look at some more intuitive and spiritual styles of meditation.
The topics covered are:
Moving Meditation - Automatic Writing, inspired by music
Moving Meditation - Drawing Meditation
Inquiry Meditation - Seeking answers or guidance to a specific situation
Insight Meditation - Message From guides/angel/higher self
One Seat Meditation - Accepting and sitting with emotions
Loving Kindness Meditation - Offering compassion to self and to others
Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm - 8:45pm
